I worked as an analyst in central London for seven years and as a midwife for 21 years before becoming a counsellor. This combination of analytical thinking and personal care in healthcare and the marketplace has given me the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, nationalities, and cultures.
My counselling training was at the beautiful Waverley Abbey College, where I completed my level 5 diploma in counselling in 2022.
I enjoy exploring my creativity in cooking, music, and travelling in my free time. To relax, I enjoy watercolour painting and mindful relaxation.
