Experiencing a traumatic event can deeply impact our sense of safety, self, and emotional regulation. That’s why I want to ask, “What happened to you?” or “What didn’t?” instead of asking “What is wrong with you?”. I firmly believe that having the right support can make all the difference during life’s toughest times. As a therapist, I am committed to being your steadfast companion on this journey.

My passion lies in assisting individuals facing various challenges, particularly young adults, couples, and women of all ages. Whether you’re dealing with family dynamics, abuse, life transitions, unhealthy relationships, faith crises, TCK challenges, or emotional struggles, my approach is to listen attentively, provide a safe space for your story to unfold, and empower you to harness your inner resources to navigate life’s hurdles healthily. Remember, seeking professional help isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a courageous step toward resilience and growth. I’m here to walk alongside you.

I graduated with my Master of Arts in Counseling in 2024 and have been practicing in the state of Missouri, US, for the past two years. Before that, I worked as a social worker for six years in India. I am married to Ebenezer and have a precious daughter who is more extroverted than both her parents combined😊. When I’m not counselling, I’m hosting or playing activities with friends and family. I enjoy cooking, slow mornings, and taking walks with friends.
