Experiencing a traumatic event can deeply impact our sense of safety, self, and our capacity for emotional regulation. That’s why I want to ask, “What happened to you?” or “What didn’t?” instead of asking, “What is wrong with you?” I firmly believe that having the right support can make all the difference during life’s toughest times. As a therapist, I am committed to being your steadfast companion on this journey.

My passion lies in assisting individuals navigate life’s hurdles healthily. My approach is integrative and focuses on listening attentively, providing a safe space for your story to unfold, and empowering you to find your voice and agency. I particularly enjoy working with:

  • Young adults and women of all ages
  • Couples dealing with interpersonal conflicts
  • Difficult family dynamics and unhealthy relationships
  • Abuse and life transitions
  • Faith crises and TCK (Third Culture Kid) challenges

Remember, seeking professional help isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a courageous step toward resilience and growth. I’m here to walk alongside you.

Professionally, I earned my Master of Arts in Counselling in 2024 and spent two years practising in Missouri, USA, following six years as a social worker in India. Additionally, I have finished my Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Beyond individual and couples work, I possess a deep passion for group therapy and have experience in facilitating group sessions.

I currently reside in India with my husband, Ebenezer, and our two children, Elsa and Ethan. In my personal time, I value slow mornings, walks with companions, and hosting gatherings that allow for meaningful connection with friends.
